Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip inside to ensure faster processing.

Attach the Label

Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
